J. Louis McCraw, MBA, CFP®, ChFC®, CRPC®

Lou, with over 25 years of experience in retirement and financial planning is a frequent speaker at retirement planning seminars. He received a BA in Economics from Wofford College and an MBA from the University of South Carolina.

In 1984 Lou found Pension & Financial Services, Inc. which services over 250 qualified retirement plans for regional businesses. To expand and to assure the continuity of services, in 2005 Lou formed an affiliated planning group of financial planners which is now known as PFG Advisors.

Lou has earned the industry certifications and designations of: Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®), and Chartered Retirement Planning Consultant (CRPC®).

Since 1992, Lou has continuously achieved the top honor of Chairman's Council for his financial services within the community. In 2008, he received the Legacy Award from Lincoln Financial Advisors in recognition of his leadership within the financial industry. The Resource Group, a national group of financial planners, affiliated with Lincoln Financial Advisors, named Lou a lifetime member in 2009.

Lou served as a Trustee in his church for 6 years and is active in many community and charitable organizations. He enjoys sports and spent 17 years as a volunteer in the local community sports programs for boys and girls as a coach and a member of the Board.

Lou and his wife Linda live in Treddyfrin Township and have 3 children.


Tyler McCraw, CFP®

Tyler McCraw is a financial planner with PFG Advisors serving personal wealth management clients and privately owned businesses throughout the Philadelphia area. Tyler firmly believes in the view of comprehensive planning first working with individual clients. When working with privately owned businesses, Tyler focuses on Qualified Retirement Plans. He has been associated with Lincoln Financial Advisors since the summer of 2012. With over 10 years in the financial industry, Tyler previously worked in sales for 2 years with BlackRock and over 4 years with Lincoln Financial Distributors.

Tyler received his Bachelor’s degree from The College of William & Mary in 2006 and holds his Series, 7, 63, and 66 FINRA Registrations. In November 2016, Tyler completed the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) Designation at the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.

After playing 4 years of collegiate baseball at William & Mary, Tyler has remained active in the sports world and now resides in Berwyn, PA with his wife Lindsay, daughter and son.


John J. Coll, Jr., J.D*., L.L.M

Mr. Coll specializes in executive compensation and wealth accumulation strategies for high net worth individuals. Mr. Coll is an Investment Advisor Representative of Lincoln Financial Advisors and a Partner of PFG Advisors with offices in Berwyn, Pennsylvania. Mr. Coll is also an attorney admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, United States Tax Court, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He has authored numerous articles devoted to the tax and economic aspects of estates, business, retirement and compensation planning. He has also authored The Deferred Compensation Handbook, a primer on the subject. Mr. Coll has developed a national repuation for his innovative approach in tackling difficult executive compensation issues confronting business today.

Previously, he held the positions of Advisor Representative and Senior Vice President of Smart Financial Advisors, a wholle owned subsidiary of Smart Business Advisory and Consulting, LLC of Devon, Pennsylvania and also of Marketing Counsel to the Fidelity Mutual Group. He has served as a consultant to several life insurance companies. He is a member of a number of professional organizations and has served on the Personal Service Corporation Subcommittee of the Tax Section of the American Bar Association's Probate and Trust Law Section Committee on Estate Planning. Mr. Coll is a frequent lecturer at seminars to various legal, accounting, insurance and estate planning groups as well as serving as a visiting instructor in the MBA program at New York University's Stern School of Business. He has received his Juris Doctor degree from George Mason University School of Law and an L.L.M. in Taxation from Villanova University School of Law.

Wesley T. Stohler

Wes is President and owner of Associated Benefit Planners, Ltd. He is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the firm as well as directly supervising the administration of our clients’ 401(k) and profit sharing plans. In addition to consulting with all new clients to effectively design plans and transition service to ABP, Wes utilizes his 20 years of retirement plan experience to provide insights to clients and advisors on complex technical aspects of retirement plans, including ERISA compliance and problem resolution.

Wes is a graduate of Immaculata University with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Performance Management and Operational Dynamics. Wes is a credentialed member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries and has earned the designations of Certified Pension Consultant (CPC), Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) and Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA). He also serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors of the ASPPA Benefits Council of Greater Philadelphia.


Jeff Peterson

Jeff Peterson has built a 20-year career by partnering with clients to structure real estate exchanges that defer taxes owned at the time of the sale, he’s a trusted resource for questions about 1031 exchanges of real estate.

Jeff’s company, CPEC1031 – Commercial Partners Exchange Company, LLC, is dedicated to helping owners of businesses and investment property defer their capital gains taxes on the sale of real estate under Section 1031 of the Internal Revenue Code. The CPEC1031 team of lawyers, title closers and 1031 exchange officers has facilitated 1031 exchanges nationwide.

Jeff received his J.D. degree from the University of Minnesota Law School and is an adjunct tax professor at Mitchell Hamline School of Law. Jeff is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and the ABA – Tax Section.


Michael Lefkowitz

Michael Lefkowitz is the Founder and Managing Partner of the Benjamin Ross Group, a business sales, mergers and acquisitions firm with expertise in buying and selling businesses and author of “WHERE’S THE EXIT”, an exit planning book for business owners. Michael has more than 30 years of business sales experience.

Committed to delivering exceptional service to his clients, Michael has assembled an experienced, professional team that can guide business owners through the difficult process of selling a business. His team will assist with the sale and purchase of a wide array of small and mid-market businesses in a myriad of industries.

Before founding the Benjamin Ross Group, he was responsible for acquisitions of two publicly traded companies and was involved in more than 1,000 acquisitions throughout the United States. In addition to his work in the public sector, Michael has successfully sold two of his family’s privately held businesses – and because of this – he really understands what it is to be the owner of a business for sale. Michael delivers empathy, ethics and energy to every business opportunity his firm represents.


Ben Bateman

Ben Bateman practices financial planning and wealth strategy. In addition, Ben focuses on public tax accounting and consulting for small business owners. He graduated from The University of Delaware in 2014 with Bachelor of Science degrees in both Finance and Management. While attending UD, Ben was an active participant in the Investment Club for three years and was elected to be a board member during his senior year. The skills he obtained during his tenure at The University of Delaware have led to a successful start in the financial planning and wealth management industry. While at UD, Ben was also an active member of the Lacrosse Club for three years.

During 2014, Ben joined his grandfather’s accounting practice, now known as Dorey & Bateman Business Solutions LLC. Since 2014 Ben has spent his time assisting local business owners with tax planning, tax return preparation, business management consultation, and business efficiency improvement. His background in this complex field helps add a differentiating edge to the knowledge base that his team offers to clients.
